Privacy (short)

We keep this simple so the commons stays trustworthy.

Search queries may be processed to return results and grounded answers.
Evidence claims (text + source URLs + confidence) may be stored to improve the shared knowledge pool. Browse them at /claims.html.
Claim re-check fetches source pages and checks whether the text still supports the claim (not just whether the URL pings). Unreachable claims may be marked stale. Totals: /api/claims/stats.
IP address may be used briefly to guess language and to rate-limit abuse. Language choice can be set manually.
Anonymous discovery counts (llms.txt, well-known, /for-ais, bridge) store a daily hash of IP — not the IP itself — plus user-agent class (browser / script / AI crawler). Totals are public at /api/discovery.
Bridge check-ins store the name/note you submit.
We do not sell your searches as ads targeting.
Do not submit secrets (passwords, private keys) into search or collaborate.
